We are halfway through the golf season for 2010! SLBGA is having a great year with over 100 members joining our leagues, weekend golf play and weekday events.

2010 SLBGA Charity

In 2010, the board has chosen the SEMO Family Violence Council as its recipient of all fund-raising events. SEMO Family Violence Council is a nonprofit organization that provides advocacy and shelter for abused women and their children in five counties in Missouri.

And the WINNER IS....Jerry and Carrie Reed !! Jerry is a maintenance man at St. Anthony's Medical Center and was very excited when he heard he won the 2 night condo downtown with 4 tickets to the July 3rd Cardinals game. SLBGA has raised almost $2,000 for SEMO Family Violence Council through July 2010.

The 2010 fund-raising events will raise money to educate and support women and their children to start a new beginning free of domestic violence.
